Our new Nurture Experience is the perfect escape from our hectic lives to bring calm to your mind, body and soul. This whole-self restorative treatment incorporates light therapy, manual lymphatic drainage massage with head and foot massage as well as mindfulness techniques for your mind and body.

Cocooned in warmth and with your choice of essential oils, our Nurture Experience will give you time out for calmness and relaxation. Your feet will benefit from a foot ritual and massage for feet and ankles. You will be treated to a facial manual lymphatic drainage massage to release fluid from the face, puffy eyes and cheeks, followed by a soothing head massage. LED light therapy will then be applied, tailored to your skin needs, while you unwind to your choice of relaxation music or a guided meditation. You will also receive a gift bag to continue your experience at home. TOTAL BLISS!

The Nurture Experience is highly recommended for headache or migraine sufferers, nasal or facial congestion, puffy eyes, swelling, inflammation and ageing. It removes solutes and toxins from the skin and aims to reduce stress and restore calmness to the mind, skin and body.
